This isn’t a restrictive diet or a “lose 10 pounds in 30 days” challenge. It’s a four-week coaching experience designed to help you understand your body, your nutrition needs, and how to fuel your workouts and everyday life with confidence.

Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose body fat, improve energy, or simply stop guessing what you should eat, this challenge will give you the foundation to keep making progress long after it ends.

What’s Included:

45-Minute Nutrition Consultation

We’ll meet one-on-one (phone or in person) to discuss your goals, current habits, schedule, training routine, and any nutrition challenges you’re facing.

Personalized Calories & Macros

You’ll receive individualized calorie and macronutrient recommendations based on your goals, activity level, body composition goals, and lifestyle.

Weekly Group Accountability Calls

Join a live Zoom each week where we’ll cover common challenges, answer questions, celebrate wins, and help you stay consistent. An email summary of key points will be sent out to all participants in case you cannot attend live.

In-Person Check-Ins

See me before or after Tuesday and Thursday Barbelles classes for quick questions, encouragement, and accountability throughout the challenge.

Nutrition Education

Over four weeks you’ll learn:

  • How much you actually need to eat to reach your goals

  • Protein, carbohydrates, and fats (what they do and why they matter)

  • How to build balanced meals

  • How to fuel workouts and recovery

  • How to navigate weekends, social events, and busy schedules
